Thank you for your interest in participating in Restart a Heart Day, when we’ll teach cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to students across Yorkshire on Thursday 16 October 2025. Please complete this form to ensure we have all the necessary details to coordinate your school's involvement effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
To participate in Restart a Heart Day, your school must have either British Heart Foundation (BHF) Call Push Rescue manikins, alternative manikins, or 'Pillow Partner' CPR training aids ordered from Yorkshire Ambulance Service.
Please note that while Yorkshire Ambulance Service has a limited number of manikins available for loan, we cannot guarantee availability. If you require loan equipment, you can indicate this on the registration form. Priority will be given to schools that are unable to secure their own manikins.
Restart a Heart Day for schools is available free of charge thanks to the support of our Yorkshire Ambulance Service Charity and the generosity of our volunteers who give their time freely. To help us continue being able to provide the CPR training for free, this year we are asking participating schools to consider taking part in some fundraising activities to support our charity.
If each participating school donated or raised £50 this would cover the cost of the project, enabling the Charity’s support to further develop our Restart a Heart campaign.
